Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative
MMC Group is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide support in managed care programs. The role involves answering service calls, educating clients, and assisting them in choosing health plans while maintaining knowledge of relevant projects.

Responsibilities
Answer enrollment service calls
Provide accurate information to clients
Educate clients on managed care programs
Assist clients in choosing health plans
Maintain knowledge of NY Medicaid CHOICE Project
Process enrollments/disenrollments
Escalate issues as needed
Support managed care education during call volume peaks
Some Saturdays required
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Candidates must read, write, and speak both English and their designated language fluently
Perfect attendance is required during training and nesting
One absence may result in termination
Desktop or laptop
Intel Core i5 processor or higher (No Chromebooks)
8GB RAM minimum
256GB hard drive minimum
Windows 10 or 11 (No Mac, iPads, or Tablets)
USB Gen 2 or newer port
RJ-45 ethernet port (required)
Functional webcam
USB or 3.5mm audio-jack headset with microphone
Must be wired ethernet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite)
Minimum Download: 100 Mbps
Minimum Upload: 15 Mbps
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
6+ months call center experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working with diverse and underserved populations
Bilingual - Spanish / English
Preferred
Customer service/healthcare/human services experience preferred
Noise suppression preferred
