Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for UI and API testing
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business sponsors to review requirements and define test strategies
Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Cypress
Write test scripts in TypeScript and/or JavaScript, implementing Cucumber BDD for behavior-driven development
Conduct end-to-end testing for Angular/Vue-based UI and RESTful web services (experience with GraphQL is a plus)
Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, uDeploy, Git, and Bitbucket
Utilize test coverage and code quality tools such as SonarQube or Sea lights
Investigate, isolate, and resolve complex technical issues using both manual and automated testing approaches
Mentor junior automation engineers and share best practices within the QA community
Participate in Agile ceremonies, rapid prototyping, and sprint-based releases
Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
6 years of experience in software testing and automation within enterprise environments
Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Cypress
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Cucumber/BDD
Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL web services
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, uDeploy, and Bitbucket/Git
Exposure to code quality and coverage tools (SonarQube, Sea lights)
Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-functional teams
Passion for learning and adopting new technologies
Preferred
Experience with accessibility testing is preferred
