Responsibilities

Work with Project Managers to effectively and efficiently design and deliver mockups and design specs to the Engineering Team for multiple web-based and mobile applications
Ensure design continuity between our products
Understand the business need for each project, then determine the most optimal user experience for every relevant use case
Identify existing design inconsistencies and areas where the user experience could improve within our existing products
Aid in the organization, maintenance, and improvements

Required

3 - 5+ years experience in web-based and mobile application UI design
Thorough understanding of and experience with UX design
Excellent communication & presentation skills (written and verbal)
Diligent dedication and attention to detail
Proficient with Sketch and Figma
Substantial understanding of and experience with maintaining, creating, and utilizing design systems and libraries
A self-starter who can integrate team work and independent work effectively
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible & agile, comfortable jumping in as needed on various tasks
