Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs with 40+ engineers ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams from initiation to delivery
Create and manage detailed program artifacts including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), work-back plans, and critical path analysis
Architect and manage advanced Smartsheet configurations for complex projects with automated workflows, cross-sheet formulas, and executive dashboards
Proactively identify risks and technical dependencies, developing actionable mitigation plans
Engage in technical discussions, leveraging domain expertise in enterprise cloud environments (AWS, GCP) to inform engineering estimates and timelines
Qualification
Required
Advanced mastery of Smartsheet, with demonstrated experience in complex project management applications
Demonstrable experience managing large-scale engineering programs (40+ participants)
Deep understanding of technical and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS, GCP)
Experience in managing programs within large technology organizations, with a preference for backgrounds in software development or systems engineering before transitioning into program management roles
