Corporate Program Manager

Girl Scouts of Colorado is seeking a Corporate Program Manager to lead program development, project management, and logistical support for funded programs and events. This role involves collaborating with corporate partners to ensure the successful delivery of programming that aligns with organizational goals and enhances member benefits.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Lead the development of funded program curriculum and events for corporate and foundation partners, including participating in cultivation meetings as needed, designing curriculum and/or program content, and setting success metrics with the Director of Corporate Programs
Develop and adapt Girl Scout programming for diverse audiences (youth and adults) delivered both in-person and virtually, including creating materials such as videos, activity guides, and presentations
Ensure programming aligns with partner goals and Girl Scout mission; tap the Director of Corporate Programs for guidance or collaboration as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate program partners before, during, and after events, coordinating with the Director of Corporate Programs and other team members as necessary
Lead all aspects of program execution including:
Venue selection and logistics management
Attendee recruitment, working cross-departmentally to ensure broad and appropriate outreach
Registration creation and communication in partnership with Registration Specialists
Day-of event support (both virtual and in-person), including facilitation and troubleshooting
Content development for event materials and collaboration with Marketing & Communications for production
Track expenses and revenue related to corporate-funded programs and events, coordinating with the Director of Corporate Programs on budget considerations
Collaborate with internal teams to creatively address challenges, improve program delivery, and ensure quality
Monitor and evaluate program success metrics; establish systems for collecting and analyzing feedback and data
Support reporting needs for corporate sponsor recognition and compliance with partnership agreements
Other duties as assigned
Collaborate with Director of Corporate Programs and greater Mission Delivery Department, as needed, to coordinate a unified approach to all Girl Scouts of Colorado programming through integration and implementation of long- and short-term goals, objectives, and action plans
Support the greater fund development team in annual fundraising galas and other fundraising efforts as needed
Collaborate with statewide teams on program opportunities
Support the efforts and commitments of Girl Scouts of Colorado in pluralism and diversity throughout the organization and within each community served
Work cross functionally with other departments to support membership and the council’s priorities
Embrace diversity and inclusiveness by contributing to positive relationships between diverse racial, ethnic, and social groups in the Council as a whole and between employees and volunteers

Required

Bachelor's degree; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
Three years' experience in event management and/or program delivery or in a related field such as project management or community relations
Three years of customer service experience is desirable
Proven development and implementation of collaborations, partnerships, and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Girl Scout program and philosophy, or willingness to learn
Ability to manage priorities effectively while remaining flexible
Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers and vendors
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent skills planning and leading cross-functional projects, including proven success in event planning or event coordination
Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communication specialties
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and networking skills required
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
Excellent independent decision-making skills and strong resourcefulness
Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to thrive in an ever-changing/fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage details and make decisions
Strong organizational skills
Must pass a criminal background check
Night and weekend availability is required

Variable working schedule including evenings, weekends and some overnight stays
Access to transportation with insurance at required state levels to conduct business statewide
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation
May be required to transport Girl Scout materials weighing up to 30 pounds from a vehicle to a building as well as preparing facilities for meetings, with or without assistance
Able to work from home or remote location with secure internet access
