Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the full production process to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of transcripts and related products
Coordinate between Client Support, Status In Progress, Sales, and Billing to maintain smooth operational workflows
Track, organize, and safeguard physical exhibits. Develop and manage document‑security processes
Manage hard‑copy transcript shipping operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Lead, coach, and support production staff while prioritizing workflow and assigning tasks based on business needs
Monitor performance, productivity, and quality using KPIs and SLAs; identify areas for efficiency and accuracy improvements
Safeguard sensitive information and maintain compliance with all company policies and data‑security standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
4+ years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume setting with direct people management
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines, team performance, and client expectations
Comfort with technology, workflow systems, and managing digital files
Preferred
Experience managing teams using KPIs and SLAs
