As a Security Officer - Unarmed Mobile Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, conduct routine vehicle patrols, and respond to resident inquiries with strong customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, watching for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unwanted behavior
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, noise complaints, trespassing concerns, and medical or fire-related calls, and notify appropriate parties as needed
Complete security-related reports and incident documentation, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations to onsite management and/or Allied Universal leadership
Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems where available, and assist with visitor management, key control, and package delivery procedures as directed by site policy
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
Customer service experience is preferred
