Business Development Representative
Powerfront is a leading provider of customer engagement technology and solutions, specializing in the INSIDE™ Ai Customer Visual Engagement Platform. The Business Development Representative will focus on driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to advance opportunities through the pipeline.
Responsibilities
Research, identify, and engage potential customers through outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
Conduct initial discovery to understand prospect fit and buying potential
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with Powerfront’s ideal customer profile
Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos in collaboration with the Sales Director
Nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and activity reporting
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue goals
Travel domestically and internationally, as needed, to support business objectives
Various other tasks as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
2–4 years' experience in a B2B SaaS sales or business development role
Proven ability to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and support a sales pipeline
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Comfortable using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Passionate about AI, customer experience, and digital innovation
Preferred
Experience selling into retailers eCommerce businesses is strongly preferred
