Chief Financial Officer

Aging True Community Senior Services is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for steering the financial strategy and health of the organization, overseeing all financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving sustainable growth and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that support the company’s overall business goals
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide actionable insights to the executive team and board of directors
Manage financial risk by establishing robust governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with audit regulations and financial policies
Drive strategic cost management initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency across all departments
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to measure organizational performance and develop strategic profit models that inform decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including executive-level roles
Proven expertise in financial governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
Strong background in strategic planning, financial analysis, and cost management
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at the executive level with exceptional communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
Experience in a publicly traded company or highly regulated industry
Familiarity with advanced financial technologies and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Track record of successfully managing mergers, acquisitions, or capital raising initiatives
