Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new projects or process improvements
Work with stakeholders to identify business needs, define objectives, and propose data-driven solutions
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for developers or technical teams
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Conduct market, financial, and operational analyses to support strategic initiatives
Map and optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Assist with system implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management
Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise manner
Monitor KPIs and create periodic reports to track progress against business goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex data into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Preferred
Experience working in insurance is preferred
