Responsibilities
Assist with daily departmental operations, projects, and administrative tasks
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and observations
Collaborate with team members on short-term and ongoing assignments
Attend firm orientation and departmental overview sessions
Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of firm, client, and personnel information
Qualification
Required
High school senior, current college student, or post-graduate student (within two years of graduation)
Coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or demonstrated interest in technology support within a professional services or legal environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment
Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and professionalism
