Mid LevelNational Legal Aid & Defender Association is seeking a full-time Attorney to provide critical legal services to clients in the community, particularly those working in hotels and casinos. The role involves assisting with various legal issues including eviction, immigration, and consumer law while leading individual cases with support from the Legal Service Fund team.

Provide critical legal services to clients
Assist with eviction and housing related issues
Help with predatory lending avoidance, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Handle immigration, debt collection, record sealing, and other legal issues
Lead individual cases with guidance from the Legal Service Fund team
Advocate for clients in public interest law and community service
Qualification
Required
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing from any United States jurisdiction
Preferred
Experience in litigation
Experience in Immigration law
Experience in family law
Experience in consumer law
Ability to speak Spanish
