Provide executive-level updates on project and process improvement progress
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project/program management or process improvement experience (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci certification preferred)
Experience leading change management initiatives in a complex organization
Preferred
Proven ability to build authentic relationships across teams and partners to uncover needs, identify opportunities, and drive collaboration
Skilled communicator with confidence in delivering executive-level presentations that influence decisions
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail in managing complex, interdependent initiatives
Demonstrated success influencing diverse audiences
Experience promoting risk management best practices and fostering a culture of accountability and compliance
Expertise in strategic planning and process design, creating scalable frameworks to meet evolving business needs
Track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement through new methodologies and optimized operations
Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable executive summaries
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for impactful visual storytelling
Exceptional organizational and process development skills focused on eliminating inefficiencies
Background in risk management or financial services preferred
