This role involves providing contract leadership, program execution oversight, and senior-level advisory support across Army Security Cooperation strategy, policy, planning, and engagement activities.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Contractor’s authorized representative for all daily contract operations and performance matters
Provide program management, task prioritization, and workforce oversight across all functional support areas defined in the PWS
Act as a senior subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to HQDA G-3/5/7 leadership on security cooperation strategy, policy, plans, and engagements
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all required analytical, administrative, and technical support products
Coordinate closely with Government leads, COR, and supported divisions to align contractor outputs with mission priorities
Oversee staffing continuity, ensuring no position remains vacant beyond allowable limits
Implement and maintain Quality Control processes to ensure contract compliance and performance standards are met
Lead preparation and submission of required reports, briefings, and deliverables
Identify and mitigate programmatic risks related to staffing, schedule, quality, and security
Support senior leader engagements through preparation of read-ahead materials, talking points, and executive summaries as required
