Represent clients in connection with corporate and real estate business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions
Advise on choice of business entity and entity formation
Handle corporate governance and corporate finance matters
Navigate federal and state securities regulations
Manage stock option and deferred compensation plans
Engage in commercial law and finance, secured transactions, and equipment leasing
Address international business law matters
Assist with company reorganizations

Required

Admitted to practice in Texas
At least four (4) to seven (7) years of experience representing clients in connection with corporate and real estate business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions
