Human Resources Specialist - 11am - 5pm Monday-Friday
Acadia Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to assist with various HR functions in a facility. The role involves routine, technical, and administrative HR work, supporting recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and maintaining employee information under direct supervision.

Responsibilities
Assist with a variety of HR functions in a facility including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, payroll, training and recognition, benefit communications and employee recognition
Have a professional understanding of the HR discipline but limited authority to execute independently and operate under direct supervision
Process various HR materials including confidential forms and records such as employment, enrollment and pay changes and maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
Maintain current employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications and distribute as directed
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential
File documents into appropriate employee files
Gather information and prepare reports on various HR topics as needed
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required
Two or more year's previous human resources office experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
