Instructional Media (VR) Developer

GovCIO is currently hiring an Instructional Media Developer to develop Non-resident Training Courses in HTML5 and integrate with the XR Team to develop training simulations. Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting with clients and interpreting their requirements and needs
Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs
Expected to collaborate with a team of specialists from other fields such as sound, programming, and graphics
Must be familiar with multiple design and production applications and object-oriented coding
Remains abreast of technological advances in the field and identifies areas of effective use for the client
Responsible for input on testing and approving applications prior to release

Required

Experience in Unreal Engine or Unity
