The role requires a proven luxury hotel and hospitality executive to build and scale the operational platform that supports a national ultra-luxury brand.

Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations across the flagship Class-X property
Build, implement, and enforce SOPs, service standards, and brand guidelines
Train and develop all frontline and leadership teams
Ensure the guest experience, brand integrity, and execution quality are flawless
Lead the General Manager and Director of Concierge
Establish hiring standards, onboarding, and training programs
Enforce accountability, service discipline, and performance culture
Build a team that operates at true five-star level
Own operating budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs
Ensure financial discipline, cost control, and operational profitability
Review books, reporting, and performance metrics
Build the operating playbook that will scale nationally
Implement systems that allow the Founder to step out of day-to-day operations
Create consistency, predictability, and control as new locations launch
Partner with ownership on real estate and asset-level strategy
Understand how operations affect NOI, long-term value, and brand equity
Coordinate with CRE stakeholders when applicable
Own the operating blueprint that every future property follows
Lead the rollout of systems, training, brand standards, and financial controls nationally
Become the senior operational authority across a growing portfolio
Qualification
Required
Senior luxury hospitality operator (Director of Operations, VP, GM, or similar)
Proven experience building and enforcing SOPs, training, and brand standards
Strong financial and KPI discipline
Type-A, structured, decisive — not fluffy
Comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-driven environment
Preferred
Background in elite brands such as: Four Seasons, Aman, Ritz-Carlton, Rosewood, St. Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, Waldorf Astoria, 1 Hotel, Or Similar
Some commercial real estate exposure is a plus
