Responsibilities
Proactively manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances
Partner with Sales to investigate and resolve deduction issues and billing discrepancies
Provide backup support for the processing of credits, cash receipts, and daily payment applications
Support department projects and assignments from the Manager of Billings, Credits & Collections
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes
Qualification
Required
Proactively manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or accounting software preferred
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or billing roles is a plus
