Responsibilities

Lead the development of paid social platform and campaign strategies across key clients
Contribute strategic POVs tied to platform innovation, cultural moments, and industry shifts
Review and refine client-facing materials including decks, strategies, and budget documentation
Confidently address ad hoc client questions and performance inquiries on calls
Support annual planning efforts, test-and-learn roadmaps, and full-funnel recommendations
Manage and mentor Paid Social Supervisors and/or Senior Associates day to day
Help set priorities, timelines, and workloads across accounts
Review team deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and strategic rigor
Monitor and approve team requests while escalating issues as needed
Oversee campaign performance and guide optimization strategies
Analyze data to uncover insights and deliver actionable recommendations
Partner with Ad Ops teams to ensure proper pixel implementation and URL tracking
Collaborate with creative and cross-channel teams to steward trafficking workflows
Develop and present insightful client reporting materials
Build and collaborate on client-facing decks and performance narratives
Partner with the team on weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Help streamline workflows across planning, execution, reporting, and billing
Stay on top of emerging social trends, platform updates, and beta opportunities
Participate in meetings with platform partners, cross-agency teams, and clients

Required

5–7 years of experience managing paid social campaigns
Developing platform and campaign strategy
Supporting the growth of junior team members

5–7 years of paid social experience within native platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest required)
Experience managing or mentoring at least 1–2 junior team members
Strong understanding of advanced targeting and full-funnel social strategy
Proven client-facing experience, including calls and written communication
Advanced Excel skills for budget management and performance analysis
Strong PowerPoint deck-building and storytelling skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Collaborative, proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
Genuine enthusiasm for social platforms including Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and Snapchat
