Responsibilities
Answer customer’s questions about services and advise customers on recommended services
Observe scheduled shift hours as assigned by Store Manager
Give all customers friendly, courteous, and prompt service
Receive, open, unpack, and check in merchandise to perform services
Perform vehicle inspections, basic maintenance, minor repairs, and documentation
Perform oil changes and lubrication work
Work alongside skilled technicians to learn how to perform quality vehicle service maintenance
Perform specific tasks as assigned by the store manager
Qualification
Required
Experience can include oil changes, basic maintenance
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Must have a valid driver's license
