Clinical Support Project Coordinator
AdventHealth is a community-focused organization dedicated to uplifting individuals in body, mind, and spirit. The Clinical Support Project Coordinator will facilitate project management and logistics, assist in the development of change management strategies, and maintain project documentation while communicating with stakeholders about progress and obstacles.

Responsibilities
Facilitates project management and logistics such as project timelines, agenda development, production and distribution of meeting minutes and documents, and preparation of reports on project status and activities to various audiences
Works with management and other consultants to determine resource/staffing needs for particular projects, and manages the resources and deliverables for specific projects
Assists in the development and implementation of change management strategies to support project success
Prepares and delivers presentations on project status, outcomes, and recommendations to various audiences
Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
Provides project management support to multidisciplinary and interdepartmental teams
Assist with high-priority quality and safety initiatives, including assisting in training classes and change management strategies
Communicates regularly with team stakeholders and executive sponsors about team progress toward goal achievement, critical factors, and obstacles
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in word processing software, Excel spreadsheets software, accounting software, Internet software, email, database software, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to work with teams comprised of individuals with various degrees of communications knowledge. Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability and willingness to multitask
Ability to function effectively as a team in a high stress environment
Ability to deal effectively with deadlines and effectively respond to time-sensitive issues
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and draft accounting process recommendations
Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of staff, managers, volunteers, and the general business community
Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to individuals and audiences throughout the institution
Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus detailed concentrated effort on multiple projects and re-establish priorities as necessary
Knowledge of project management strategies and methods
Initiative and ability to work independently (self-direction), while thriving in a setting requiring collaboration and teamwork for maximal efficiency and effectiveness
Attention to detail that ensures follow through on all initiatives implemented, and all projects undertaken
Mastery of desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access) and project management applications (MS Project)
Team leadership/facilitation skills
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
Awareness of performance improvement techniques
Keen analytic skill set
High School Grad or Equiv
1+ of experience facilitating improvement projects, utilizing knowledge of performance improvement tools and techniques (e.g., lean, six sigma)
Preferred
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Associate
Of healthcare project management experience
Six Sigma
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
