Responsibilities
Manage and maintain alert and manning rosters to ensure maximum personnel readiness
Coordinate with staff and Command leadership to support operational readiness objectives
Provide document management and administrative support to Joint Task Force leadership
Maintain accountability for key documents and records, including performance and recognition reports
Deliver integrated scheduling support and manage space and resource utilization
Coordinate requirements, ordering, delivery, and distribution of supplies
Support recruiting events and advertising activities within Command spaces
Manage correspondence with Joint Task Force applicants and coordinate interview scheduling and feedback
Provide facilitation and communication support for Command meetings
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
Bachelor's degree with zero (0) years of experience
Two (2) years of position specific relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
