Responsibilities
Provide strategic oversight of the organization’s administration and programs
Drive resource development to sustain and expand operations
Serve as the primary representative to all community partners and stakeholders
Support the Board of Directors to ensure effective governance and long-term organizational success
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social work or a related field
At least five years of supervisory experience in social services
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
Experience in personnel management
Fundraising experience
Strategic planning experience
Experience working with a Board of Directors
