Support the Risk Manager with insurance compliance for leases, permits, and contracts
Review agreements to determine required insurance and indemnification provisions
Review insurance policies, certificates, and endorsements for compliance
Draft routine and non-routine correspondence related to insurance matters
Monitor insurance carrier ratings, deductibles, and self-insured retentions
Maintain insurance and tenant information in the risk management system
Prepare monthly insurance expiration reports and follow-up correspondence
Coordinate with internal departments, tenants, and insurance brokers
Assist with risk exposure analysis and special projects
Qualification
Required
Experience reviewing contracts, leases, or insurance compliance documents
Knowledge of insurance coverage and risk management principles
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
