This internship provides an exciting opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and process automation while supporting Sharp’s Supply Chain & Operations division.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Supply Chain & Operations division to identify processes that can be optimized through AI-driven automation
Work closely with Sales and Operations Planning team to assist with automating data pipelines and reporting dashboards using Python, SQL, or BI tools
Instruct other team members how to properly and effectively utilize current LLMs (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
Develop and test AI/ML models to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization
Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis using AI-driven simulations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Interest in consumer electronics and interest in supply chain innovation
Preferred
Coursework or hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or process automation is strongly preferred
Familiarity with forecasting models and time series analysis is a plus
