Responsibilities
Maintain a functional, organized, and welcoming office environment
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, coordinating work rather than performing it directly
Manage office and kitchen supplies, furniture, and shared equipment
Coordinate with building management and landlord on facility needs
Oversee coordination of company apartments as needed
Conduct periodic walkthroughs to identify issues before they become problems
Respond to employee questions and facility requests with timely follow-through
Set up workstations for new business employees and competitive players
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics including desk setup, badge access, and equipment
Assist with space planning and office layout as team needs evolve
Support planning, execution, and strategy of internal team events and activities
Coordinate logistics for external events held at the office
Help maintain common areas to keep the space functional for collaboration
Handle shipping and receiving logistics
Maintain basic safety and compliance standards
Provide light administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in office management, administrative coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Experience coordinating with vendors or external partners
Proactive mindset. You notice what needs to happen and handle it without being asked
Proficiency in Google Workspace and comfort learning new tools
Preferred
Experience supporting event logistics
Familiarity with onboarding processes
Interest in esports or gaming (not required, but you'll be surrounded by it)
