The internship program offers students or recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation technology and instrument & control systems technology while working under the guidance of an experienced Instrument Technician.

Responsibilities
Utilizing your experience in your area of study, you will help complete various Instrument Technician activities which will provide the opportunity to further develop both technical and professional skills
Interns will have the opportunity to work a 4/10 schedule for 3-4 months while following a BASF Instrument Technician
Successful candidates will be employed though a 3rd party contractor for the length of the Internship
Interns who complete BASF’s Instrumentation Internship Program may be considered as candidates for upcoming open full-time positions at the site
Qualification
Required
Current student in the last semester of a program or recently graduated with a degree in one of the following areas: Industrial Instrumentation Technology, Instrument & Control Systems Technology
Academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.0) with letter of recommendation from professor
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding work ethic
