Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data, and make recommendations for computerized application processes assisting with work flow and business needs
Provide primary support for customers while implementing and maintaining systems in a manner consistent with a mission-critical hospital/health care environment
Work as a member of an inter-disciplinary team to provide customer centered solutions
Follow current industry rules and regulations, ensuring that the informatics solution is in compliance with regulatory requirements
Use analytical experience to assist information systems end-users with the overall objective of improving the use of application systems functionality, i.e., enhance work flow, optimize business processes, and identify appropriate systems solutions
Qualification
Required
Associate degree with one year of related experience or three years of related experience required
Applicable technology competency required within twelve months of hire into the position for all technology supported required
Preferred
Epic Optime certification
