Senior Associate - Learning & Development
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Associate to enhance their training programs and ensure a best-in-class experience for employees. The role involves coordinating technical training initiatives and collaborating across the enterprise to improve efficiency and support training delivery.

Responsibilities
Author, coordinate review, and publish the quarterly Technical Training Electronic Field Communication
Maintain Accepted Service Training (FAST) program course list for technician training equivalency
Triage Technical Training Report-A-Problem concerns related to systems issues
Serve as North American Standard Training and Resource System (STARS) Administrator
Partner with others across the enterprise to leverage resources for greater efficiency
Assist with training vehicle and tool/equipment ordering for training centers
Support future LMS migration tasks and global training delivery concerns
Identify and research new technologies and learning processes
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a coordination role
Experience in Field Communication Systems Administration
Proficiency in SharePoint
High School Diploma / GED
Preferred
Automotive Technical Expertise
Knowledge of Vehicle Systems, Tools, and Equipment
Experience in Technical Training
