Responsibilities

Lead morning restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
Execute daily execution of the coffee program – dialing in espresso, overseeing brew standards, milk handling, and beverage consistency
Coach, train, and support a team of servers, baristas, and hosts as needed
Oversee all opening or closing procedures during AM shifts
Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and create a warm, welcoming environment
Uphold service standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness across the restaurant
Collaborate with the culinary and hotel operations teams to ensure seamless service
Promote a positive culture rooted in Relationships, Integrity, Legacy, Hospitality, and Entrepreneurial Spirit, the core values of TBC Hotels

Required

Must be someone with morning availability, and flexibility on weekends and holidays
2+ years of restaurant or hotel F&B supervisory/management experience

A calm, solutions-focused approach to challenges
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
