Responsibilities

Lead strategic procurement projects and initiatives with significant organizational impact
Drive process improvement initiatives using data analysis, lean principles, and innovative solutions
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize procurement outcomes
Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks
Analyze complex procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale business transformations
Develop mechanisms and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and internal controls

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders
6+ years of procurement, supply chain, operations, or related experience

Preferred

Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience in business process improvement, Lean or Six Sigma
Experience coordinating and leading large-scale Digital or Global IT Transformation initiatives
Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up
