Lead, mentor, and develop property managers and onsite teams
Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals
Ensure compliance with company standards, budgets, and policies
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and execution
Travel between communities, bringing energy, leadership, and results

Qualification
Required
3+ years of regional or multi-site management experience in multifamily housing
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, NOI growth)
Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software
Proven leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Flexible, adaptable, and excited to travel within assigned region
Professional, polished, and passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences
Preferred
Industry Certifications (CAM, CPM. etc.) preferred
