Responsibilities
Assist in alleviating Seeding Project Manager’s daily tasks
Liaison with key stakeholders to get clarity around ordering needs
Be able to forecast / understand upcoming needs as it relates to overall ordering through the seeding tool
Make recommendations on how to automate and expand the tool, thus becoming less manual
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a master or MBA program with first year completed and graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2026, and not require sponsorship in the future
Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams
Fair understanding of how technical / back end systems operate within our team and have a willingness to ask questions when clarity is needed
Clear, professional communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to quickly learn Gaming portfolio
Attention to detail and ability to track logistics, shipments, dependencies, and deliverables
Comfort working in a high-velocity, global marketing environment
