Building MaterialReal Estate
Responsibilities
Parking enforcement of resident, guest and visitor vehicles
Property patrols, including walking your property for safety, minor maintenance, delivering notices, and customer service to residents and guests
Completing simple maintenance requests for residents
Completing incident reports for each shift
Providing an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents is the biggest part of your important work
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
Ability to self-supervise and work independently
Preferred
Previous military, public safety, law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
Previous experience working with the public/customers
