The Intern will work on various projects in areas such as nursing, finance, accounting, human resources, and more, while developing networking opportunities with CHRISTUS leaders and Associates.

Responsibilities

Work on a variety of projects assigned to support learning and organizational goals
Collaborate effectively with others and demonstrate excellent communication skills
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and solid organizational skills
Be resourceful, innovative and persuasive in problem solving and troubleshooting
Effectively utilize office equipment, computers and other electronic devices as needed
Accomplish tasks and complete projects within established deadlines
Support learning objectives in areas such as Human Resources, organizational development, finance, strategic planning, risk management, nursing and general operations
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of college preparation towards major
Currently enrolled in a College degree program in one of the following degree program; Bachelor's degree in healthcare related
PC and Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with others
Quick learner with attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality and solid organizational skills
Needs to be resourceful, innovative and persuasive with ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
