Confidential is a North County San Diego-based video and photo agency seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and organizational support. The ideal candidate will manage various administrative tasks while supporting project management and operations.

Responsibilities
Task management and prioritization assistance
Drafting, organizing, and polishing emails and communications
Scheduling meetings, calls, and reminders
File organization and documentation
Call notes, summaries, and action items
General administrative support as needed
Tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Maintaining task lists and follow-ups
Coordinating with vendors, freelancers, or collaborators as directed
Providing project status updates and flagging issues
Assisting with prep for shoots, events, or deliverables
Supporting workflow and tracking system development
Assisting with reports, summaries, and internal documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Office Admin Assistant
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and working knowledge of office equipment
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Ability to commute to Carlsbad, CA 92010
Ability to relocate to Carlsbad, CA 92010 before starting work
