Preparing and presenting cases for trial and entering pleas
Conducting legal research
Preparing and disseminating complex documents
Pleading compilation, orders, etc
Directing subordinate staff engaged in criminal defense
Advising and counseling other attorneys as to the case management practices of handling their assigned cases
Representing clients in cases, including the most serious, legally complex, high-profile, and/or significant cases assigned to the office
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university
Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia
Current member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
Eight (8) years in a managerial role in job-related legal experience
