Insignia Healthcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and engaging manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction
Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
Assist customers with account management tasks such as data entry, updating personal information, or processing payments and cash handling
Support client services by troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and escalating complex concerns to appropriate departments
Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele
Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery
Perform call center duties including call routing, queue management, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer requests
Support team efforts by participating in training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and computer skills to enhance service quality

Required

Preferred

Previous experience in a call center or customer support environment is highly preferred
Bilingual abilities are a strong plus
Proven sales experience or ability to upsell products/services while maintaining excellent customer relations is advantageous
Experience in outbound calling campaigns or client outreach initiatives is desirable
Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette standards, and analysis skills for assessing customer needs will set you apart
