Responsibilities
Providing support to users of the company's computer network and telephone systems
Taking calls, entering issues into the helpdesk tracking system, and attempting to solve problems on first contact
Passing calls to a level-2 engineer if problems cannot be solved
Supporting desktops/laptops, operating systems, servers, applications, and remote access systems
Resetting user passwords and voicemail accounts
Monitoring server and application systems and responding to alerts as needed
Setting up new users on the network, determining access, and establishing passwords and new user accounts as required
Qualification
Required
Providing day to day support for local employees (roughly 700 individuals)
Providing support to users of the company's computer network and telephone systems
