Responsibilities

Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for telecom clients through direct sales campaigns

Learning consultative selling techniques to identify client needs, present solutions, and close sales

Managing sales pipelines, tracking conversion metrics, and improving close rates

Executing face to face sales presentations and account activations

Analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize campaign performance

Coaching and developing entry level sales representatives on performance and productivity

Leading sales meetings, trainings, and daily performance reviews

Coordinating logistics and field execution to maximize territory coverage and results

Consulting clients on market penetration, customer retention, and expansion strategies
