Responsibilities

Develop documentation for information system authorization
Engage with experienced Information Systems Security Manager’s
Learn how the Classified Cyber Security organization applies the Risk Management Framework to protect and defend information systems

Qualification

DoD 8570 certificationWindows Operating SystemsCybersecurity fundamentalsRisk Management FrameworkNIST Security controlsSecurity hardeningDocumentation developmentComputer systems integration

Required

Pursuing a Bachelors in Information Technology or Cyber Defense
Possess DoD 8570 certification (i.e. CISSP, CISM, Sec+, CAP)
Experience in designing, developing and integrating computer systems and networks in compliance with government regulations
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance

Preferred

Familiar with Risk Managed Framework (RMF) or Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) requirements
Familiar with National Institute of Standards (NIST) Security and Privacy controls and requirements
Proficient at executing security hardening requirements on diverse LINUX and Windows Operating Systems based on approved DISA STIGs and SRGs
