Responsibilities

Solve Real Problems: Deeply understand customer friction points to translate complex needs into intuitive, high-value payment solutions
Challenge the Status Quo: Find creative ways to make global payments faster, easier, cheaper, and more transparent!
Scale Infrastructure: Drive the development of reliable, high-throughput platform to scale as fast as we innovate
Collaborate and Build: Partner with design, developers, and commercial leads to bring the Ripple vision to life
Data-Driven Evolution: Use performance metrics and continuous feedback loops to refine the user journey and improve adoption

Required

5+ years of PM experience at a high-growth tech company, e-commerce giant, or FinTech
Have a solid track record in the payments space, you know the ins and outs of how money moves
Built engaging products and thrive in fast-paced, 'early stage' environments
An engineering background is preferred; you can speak the language of devs and understand the 'how' behind the tech
You're curious about how AI can enhance product experiences and are eager to explore its potential in FinTech
Excel at partnering with engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship world-class products
You're motivated by big intellectual challenges and the drive to win the market!
