Responsibilities
Prepare and organize bank deposits to ensure accurate financial reporting
Retrieve and manage incoming mail from the organization's PO Box
Visit the office to open, sort, and distribute mail as needed
Process and scan checks efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
Perform data entry and reconcile accounts to support financial accuracy
Proven experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software such as bill.com and Concur
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Experience with invoice processing and financial reconciliations
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas and manage spreadsheets effectively
Qualification
Required
Strong background in financial tasks
Proven experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software such as bill.com and Concur
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Experience with invoice processing and financial reconciliations
