Assistant Director of Print Production & Capital Planning

Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and execute print production and pre-press workflows for athletic displays, signage, framing, and related project requests
Responsibilities include project planning, file preparation, proofing, production coordination, and quality control to ensure accurate and timely delivery of signage and display materials
Update and maintain existing graphic displays throughout all athletic facilities, including event-based signage and permanent installations
Assist with capital project graphics
Work on a professional basis with coaches, staff members, and outside vendors
May require some evenings or weekends depending on the event or project

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field and 1 year work experience in graphic design or related field, equivalent education/experience considered
Proficient in Adobe creative suites: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Ability to work proficiently in Excel, Power Point and Word
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be organized and detail oriented
Able to lift 35lbs

Preferred

Knowledge in large format printing
Ability to use SketchUp
Operate standard lifts
