Responsibilities
Provide a warm welcome and help members open accounts or access services that meet their needs
Offer clear, honest guidance to help members make confident financial decisions
Identify opportunities to support members with loans and other credit union products
Handle questions and transactions with care, accuracy, and professionalism
Partner with teammates to ensure a seamless, exceptional member experience
Take shared ownership in keeping the branch welcoming and presentable for members, including light tidying and organization of lobby and work areas as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish (must pass language proficiency certification)
Preferred
