Client Service Officer I Floater/Call Center Officer

They are seeking a Client Service Officer I Floater/Call Center Officer responsible for assisting clients with deposit products, account maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service both in-person and via the call center.

Responsibilities
Assisting new and existing clients with establishing deposit products and services including checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit accounts, online banking services, remote deposit capture and ACH services in a prompt, courteous, efficient and professional manner
Opening and closing accounts, renewing certificates of deposits, and assisting clients with bookkeeping and account problems
Balancing each day’s transactions and verifying cash totals
Answering clients’ questions regarding the Bank’s products and services and performing a variety of account maintenance duties
Actively cross-selling the Bank’s products and services, as well as for performing other functions such as signature verification and other clerical duties
Traveling to other offices in the region to provide coverage as needed due to vacations, illnesses and other leaves of absence
Backing up the Assistant Client Service Manager, the Client Service Manager, or the Branch Manager and covering the branch and personnel in their absence
Performing all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
Assisting clients with a variety of questions and requests related to our various products and services
Assisting clients with requests related to accessing our electronic banking systems including online banking, mobile banking, and remote deposit capture, as well as other requests that will be defined over time
Performing other duties such as Oasis signature verification, duplicate account processing, Mobile Banking review, and other duties as assigned
Cross-selling to ensure clients know of our various products and services, and that clients are assisted promptly, courteously and professionally at all times
Backing up the Call Center Manager and covering the Call Center and personnel in their absence
Supporting the day-to-day activities of the Rio Communities Branch drive-up location as requested
Assisting the Call Center Manager, the Branch Manager and the Regional Branch Administrator with other duties and projects as assigned
Performing all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Knowledge of banking and deposit operations and procedures, as well as general office systems and procedures
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' related experience in the financial services industry
Good communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong computer skills
Good math skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office software package
Ability to operate related computer hardware and other business equipment including Teller Cash Recycler (TCR), adding machine, copy machine, and telephone
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
Knowledge of online banking systems
