Responsibilities
Utilize BI tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc) to drive reporting efficiency and eliminate manual data processes
Document KPI definitions and reporting logic while collaborating with IT/Finance to understand data structures and integrations
Continuously improve data integrity and system integrations to ensure reliable outputs
Own the development and maintenance of intuitive, scalable dashboards across Finance, Sales, and Operations
Simplify and automate existing KPI packages to ensure reporting consistency and governance
Convert complex business questions and stakeholder needs into actionable reporting solutions
Serve as the primary analytics partner for Sales leadership, focusing on backlog, bookings, revenue, and margin performance
Partner with functional leaders to identify business drivers, trends, and risks through proactive data visualization
Facilitate leadership presentations and strategic decision-making through high-level reporting and ad hoc analysis
Conduct variance and trend analyses to monitor KPIs against business targets
Build scalable reporting frameworks that support budgeting, forecasting, and evolving business initiatives
Qualification
Required
Developing, implementing, and continuously improving reporting and dashboards across multiple business functions
Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other teams to improve visibility into performance
Simplifying reporting and supporting data-driven decision making
Bridging the gap between financial fundamentals and modern BI capabilities
Utilizing BI tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc) to drive reporting efficiency and eliminate manual data processes
Documenting KPI definitions and reporting logic while collaborating with IT/Finance to understand data structures and integrations
Continuously improving data integrity and system integrations to ensure reliable outputs
Owning the development and maintenance of intuitive, scalable dashboards across Finance, Sales, and Operations
