Responsibilities

Analyze CRM, marketing, and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
Build reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to leadership and department managers
Track leads, pipeline, close rates, and campaign performance
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that directly support sales goals
Support lead generation efforts by developing campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing based on results
Create and manage email marketing, website updates, and landing pages
Support social media and employer branding initiatives
Help coordinate events, customer promotions, and internal initiatives that support sales growth and customer engagement
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints while adapting messaging for different audiences and sales objectives
Support ongoing projects across the marketing department as needed, including internal communications and employer branding initiatives

Required

3+ years in marketing, marketing operations, CRM, or analytics focused roles
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce) and reporting tools
Excellent project management experience
Strong Excel skills, Power BI or similar tools a plus
Comfortable analyzing data and translating it into clear recommendations
Basic graphic design skills using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing priorities and direction
Sales-minded, motivated by results, outcomes, and business impact
Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and operations teams
Hands-on and proactive, comfortable both planning and executing
Strong communicator who can translate ideas into action and results
Organized, dependable, and able to manage competing priorities
Curious and adaptable, eager to learn the business and continuously improve marketing effectiveness
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Takes ownership, follows through, and holds themselves accountable for results
