Training Coordinator
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking a Training Coordinator to ensure the effectiveness of its 'One Stop' shop in meeting administrative capabilities and compliance with regulations. The role involves creating, coordinating, and delivering training programs for staff related to scholarships, financial aid, student accounts, and registrar services.

Responsibilities
Ensuring the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s 'One Stop' shop meets its administrative capability requirements
Creating, coordinating, and delivering scholarships and financial aid, student accounts, university registrar, and bursar training programs and materials
Coordinating training from operational staff persons in the 'home' offices of bursar, scholarships and financial aid, student accounts and university registrar
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience required
Experience presenting in front of various sized groups
Must have excellent written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Strong demonstrated proficiency utilizing Outlook and Microsoft Office suite required
Experience with data analysis and reporting. An understanding of process improvement
Preferred
Prior event coordination experience
Experience with higher education preferred
Knowledge of Title IV federal regulations and related resources helpful
Prior experience in a university setting
Familiarity with UNL institutional policies and procedures related to the offices of bursar, scholarships and financial aid, student accounts and university registrar
Prefer familiarity with FERPA regulations
Knowledge of academic progression for students (Admit, Enroll, Aid, Billing, etc.)
